5.0 out of 5 stars. Love them

I've had these shoes for about 3 months now, and I've worn them often. I have chaco sandals, so I wanted to try out the shoes. These are a really great casual shoe. I can walk all day in them in comfort. They fit differently than a traditional shoe. They are a little loose around the heel, but they don't slip. The footbed reminds me of a Birkenstock somewhat. They don't have great traction, but so far that hasn't been an issue for me. If you are looking for a cute, comfortable everyday shoe, these are a great choice.

  • 2.0 out of 5 stars. Really large for the ordered size

These shoes looked cute on the website, but when they arrived, they were about 2 sizes larger than stated on the box. Also when compared to other Chaco shoes, they felt cheaply made. Also what gives with the stitched in shoes laces-so if you don't like the black laces on these shoes, you are stuck because you can't change them. Weird feature.

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Same great Chaco value

Same great arch support as my sandles. Size was a tiny bit larger than needed so I bought thicker socks. Needed a walking shoe with great support to walk the streets of Italy!
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Chaco Lace Shoe

I have found this shoe to have a very comfortable and supportive footbed. I was a little concerned at first with the contours of it and how they would fit my feet, but they are great. The only thing I would note is that they are snug across the front of the foot. I figure that will loosen up gradually, but right now am careful to not wear them when I will be on my feet all day (I am a cosmetologist) because the pressure on the front of my foot becomes uncomfortable. I have always had a rather slender foot that usually has too much room inside a shoe, rather than being too snug, so this might be an issue for some people. I also wonder how the sole of the shoe will do in snow and ice conditions. It is fine now in dry weather, but feels like it could be a little slippery on ice.

About Chaco

There's a good reason why Chaco shoes have maintained a devoted following of adventurous souls (proudly known as Chaconians) for more than 25 years. From the incredible, arch-supporting footbed to the totally unique strap configuration, Chaco sandals fit like a glove and provide amazing support. Originally created by Mark Paigen in 1989, Chaco sandals have since evolved from a single pair of “Ultimate Sport Sandals” into an array of adventure-ready footwear products, including Chaco boots, sneakers and even clogs. Plus, to reduce waste and help loyal Chaconians get more miles out of their favorite kicks, this brand has even introduced the ReChaco Project, which allows customers to send in their worn or damaged sandals to be repaired.
