On a whim, I bought both colors and I have received nothing but complements any time I wear them. I would suggest that you check Toad & Co specific sizing though because I would usually buy a size 4 in pants, but according to their size chart, I was a size 2.

I usually wear a 12 and ordered these in a 14 and they fit just right (slim fit, but not tight), so I'd absolutely recommend ordering up a size. Highly recommend.

I'm 5'5, 120 pounds with slim to average hips and got size 8, in the Seal Brown. Very comfortable and I've gotten lots of compliments on the color. Only issue is the seal brown pants, at least in size 8, were mislabeled by Sierra Trading Post as Grey. So I ordered grey and received the brown, but really like the color and kept them.
