Lots of great features (hide away waist belt!) on this but the one thing that keeps it from being 5 stars is the flimsy nature of the shoulder straps. They seem significantly less substantial than many other packs and I hope they don't wear out as the rest of the pack seems rock solid.

These are great bags and now all of my office agrees. Great space utilization. Good protection. Looks as if it will last for years and now I have one for work and one for personal travel. The sunglass pocket sold the bag for me but the other features make it a great product. Also, one person in my office commented that the padding and venting in the back is considerably better than another bag they had, making it less hot to wear. All around good product. And I bought the Carbon. Good color with a cordura type look/feel. It’s rigged but professional.

So glad I bought this one. Great features and fit. I did a lot of research on it and it has met/exceeded my expectations.
