They are much warmer then any competition. I know LL bean and other companies sell these flannels lined with fleece, but this one is different. It is lined with the classic true grit Sherpa material which is softer than ever and warm. Great to wear with a t shirt or even over a standard thinner flannel as a jacket. These retail in stores for $280. I bought 3 of them at that price, now i finally found this site that sells them for basically nothing. A definite must buy. Just bought in the green and red. A+
