There is plenty of adjustment to get it to fit on my normal female head. The strap under the chin is adjustable so you can make it looser or tighter depending on your preference. It has a nice feminine look. It does not get overly hot while riding. I keep it in my bag so i always have it but wear it about 50% of the time. It meets all of my objectives
