A DEALVerified Buyer Reviewed by Penny from PA on Friday, March 1, 2019I have never purchased footwear online because comfort trumps appearance for me and I need to try on before I shell out $$. The picture, description and price were so appealing that after pondering this decision for nearly a week I broke down and ordered them. Since a Sierra is coming to a strip mall near me I felt that a return would be no problem. It's a moot point. These boots are good looking and VERY comfortable. I ordered a 1/2 size up in case I needed to add shearling insoles in frigid weather. Have received many compliments and wish they came in black or dark brown. Attractive boots which are a steal at this price.

I went down one star as I need to wear them with at least a light-weight sock and in my usual size 7M they were just too short, even without socks. Happily the 7.5M was available, the exchange was made (Customer Service is outstanding), and I can now enjoy the booties. The other thing I didn't really care for was all the shoelace left over from the purely decorative asymmetrical lacing due to the side zipper which also added to the loss of the star. Stuffing the 5 inches or more of left-over shoelace back into the boot was unnecessary and because I didn't want to have to tie them on the outside and ruin the look, I came up with the fix in the photo - made sure the lacing was where I wanted it, added some wooden beads to keep with the "rustic" appeal, dipped the ends of the knots under the beads in a bit of clear Gorilla glue, and I'm happy with the solution to the flapping shoelace ends.

Wore them for the first time, with heavier socks to travel back to snow, ice and cold Michigan. I walked the airports without any discomfort. They had good arch support, and seem to be true to size. I would recommend these to anyone! Love the look and feel of these boots!

I like it. I usually wears size 7 and these shoes fit perfectly. After wearing them for a couple weeks, the shoes become a bit bigger. So if you are not sure about whether to order size 6.5 or 7, you might want to consider a smaller size. The leather is really soft. The bottom of the shoes grips on wet and snowy grounds very well. Overall I would give a 4-star on the shoes. So why 3?
Because the width of the shoes. Although it marks as M but it is more on the W side in my opinion. So if you like slender looking shoes, these may not be your choice. Because they soft leather, your feet are going to stretch the leather a bit so your shoes will look wide. This is somewhat disappointing. -
