5.0 out of 5 stars. Kelty ridge tent
Verified Buyer Reviewed by historymaker from Kent, Ohio on Monday, March 12, 2012
Got this tent last week. This week the weather was warming up, so put it up and slept in it last night in the back yard. I knew it was going to rain, so wanted to test it out. Woke up with it raining, and it was dry all throughout the tent. No problems there. Can't wait to take this out on my bike tour rides, where u live in a tent for a week. I find this exciting. Love to camp!! For me, it would be crowded for four with gear. I find it very roomy for two with gear, as I like room. Just wish it was a bit taller, then it would be perfect!!!!

I thought this is a good brand with good quaility, but it fell in the first day of use under s thunderstorm. My other friend's cheap tents bought from [@] were all study and good.

Wonderful little tent. My first with alum. poles, I will never go back to fiberglass! I like the Fly coverage & the vents. Wish it was just a hair taller. Small pouches for items at each corner inside are great. Zippers are smooth & quiet.

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. A good tent for the price

This is a great tent for the price. The fly could use a bit more ventilation, the seam between the floor and the walls doesn't appear to be sealed, and the duffle bag for storing the tent is a little flimsy. Those are relatively minor gripes about this tent, which I think is a very good deal: roomy, well constructed, and very easy to put up. A definite keeper.

I love this tent! First night out in it temps dropped down to 45ish and rained pretty good... My boys and I stayed warm and dry. I had plenty of room with my 5 and 2 year old boys and could have had another adult in tent with no problem. The mesh lining is awesome on a nice day/night. Set up was easy enough for my 5 year old to help out. I would buy this again.
