I bought a L and im 5'9" " 170 lbs I typically wear a 10-12 and the large fit fine. The charcoal fit better than the red for some reason. Both colors were correct and there were no ugly contrasting trims like I had seen commented in other reviews of the blue color. The quality is about the same as a Columbia Benton springs vest although I think the cut on the Columbia is better. These would be very long on s short person. Still a good buy if you get them for say 15$ shipping included.
