5.0 out of 5 stars. Excellent Packable Rain JacketReviewed by Anonymous from USA on Thursday, October 10, 2013I recently got this jacket for a visible, packable layer to keep in my hiking pack for weather surprises. Problem is, I like it enough that I hate to keep it stuffed away. I have a number of high-end hardshells and rain jackets, and this is by far the lightest and most comfortable. It did a perfect job of keeping me dry... but you know it does that. What's harder to tell from the description is that it's not stiff, noisy, or "crinkly" like so many high end waterproof layers are. It's soft, quiet, lightweight and very well cut.
Regarding the cut, I would recommend a size up if you want to layer or are in between -- I wouldn't call it slim cut, but it's not a rain sack.
Based on this purchase and my recent experience with their other products, I'm going to be adding more Mammut to my closet, whether my wallet likes it or not.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Nice lightweightVerified Buyer Reviewed by Lofoten from Norway on Friday, July 6, 2012If you are travelling lightweight this is great, but the zippers are useless with gloves. It is perfect in spring. Lacks breathing in summer.
