Just a spritz of oil and I can saute lots of vegetables and chicken or whatever and it doesn't stick. Great for steaming too. Super easy clean up.

One was conventional (no non-stick coating) and the other was Westernized--non-stick coating. Since I've been making a lot of stir-fries again, I wanted another wok, but I couldn't believe how expensive they've gotten. And I wanted a non-stick interior, but have been shying away from anything related to Teflon or Silverstone because of the toxicity. This wok addresses all my concerns--the non-stick coating is ceramic, so no bad chemicals. And it works like a champ AND is dishwasher-safe. And the price was amazing for a wok of this quality. Couldn't be happier.
