2.0 out of 5 stars. Nice product - disappointed with customer serviceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Nashville on Monday, February 4, 2019I ordered a number of things then a few hours later ordered a couple pairs of these. In total, my order was over $89 (the threshold for free shipping). I promptly emailed customer service to ask if the orders could be combined. I never received any response so ended up paying ~$20 in shipping. Should have just cancelled everything and re-ordered all together.
These long-johns are very nice - 4 or 5 star product for the price. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. You wont regret it!!Reviewed by Cassie from PA on Wednesday, January 30, 2019So it’s the polar vortex and everywhere in the us there breaking windchill records including PA. My husband works outside in the natural gas industry and we had decided to order these a couple weeks before we got this weather. I was a little weary at first because they seemed really thin when we got them. But today was the first day my husband got to wear them and with the wind chills at -25 to -30 below he text me to say that they were awesome and to get on and order him some more before they sell out!!

2.0 out of 5 stars. Odd sizingVerified Buyer Reviewed by Dave from Colorado on Monday, January 21, 2019My 5'8" 175lb frame did not fit well in these baselayer bottoms. The waist band was too loose and the length was a bit too long in the Medium size. I would have preferred a stretchier material as well. Returned.

2.0 out of 5 stars. I was sent a previously openned itemReviewed by Hiker, walker, runner from LA, CA on Tuesday, November 27, 2018I got these pants today. The package was definitely ripped open - not the mailing bag, but the original package with these pants. No other company that I know would re-sell an opened underwear/base layer item... The only reason I give it 2 stars is because the pants themselves are actually a good quality. In other words: 5 stars for the item, 1 star for Sierra (for re-selling an opened underwear item)

4.0 out of 5 stars. Good for mild to coldVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Pennsylvania on Monday, November 12, 2018This blend is definitely a nice, comfortable base layer for mild to cold weather. I would not, however, rely on it for extreme cold temperatures, simply because right now it's 23 degrees F here and I'm beginning to feel the cold a bit more in my legs than with past higher quality Merino wool.
