My main gripe is that the zipper is a little tricky. The zipper is very typical of Carhartt products though. If you're trying to decide about sizes, these coats are very roomy. I bought an XL so that I could put it on over hoodies. I could have bought a large.

Definitely warmer on sub-zero days, but it is stiffer. The hood is the only annoying part because it is so stiff sometimes it is hard to see when you are working and moving your head since the hood doesn't move or flex easily.

Was also a full size too big.
