Not GreatReviewed by Eddy from Seattle on Tuesday, October 23, 2018I messaged with a Sierra rep prior to placing my order and the rep stated only cosmetic defects would be present on the cooler. However, the cooler shipped without handles that were depicted (on Sierra and the Cordova website) when the order was placed and shown on the product box upon reception. Overall performance/ice retention does not seem to be too much better than my old $80 dollar cooler, and the drain plugs are located high enough above the funnel area that water will be left in the cool unless fully tilted on its side. The cooler does seem solid and will hopefully be durable. Hard to spend this much on a cooler an not have it arrive as depicted and described.

Cordova XLVerified Buyer Reviewed by mtrob from Montana on Monday, October 1, 2018I expect a second to have cosmetic issues, color, scratches maybe even a dent but it should work as intended and have all its parts. The cooler I received did not seal evenly on the corners and was missing its metal handles. If it had been listed as such, and for a lot less money, I would have kept it and tried to fix the problems. I returned it to the store in Cody hoping they would have a functional replacement but no luck so it was returned.

Missing HandlesReviewed by Penman from California on Monday, September 17, 2018As like Luc, I have also been ordering from STP for years and I understand an item being a second it may have imperfections. Not only were both handles on my cooler missing, the lid did not align preventing the cooler from obtaining a proper seal. l too would understand if there was maybe a small imperfection in the cooler or scratch here or there, but my cooler had many scratches and 17 little dings on the lid.
I am usually moderately pleased to very pleased with the products I purchase from STP and their customer service, however, this purchase has left me more than somewhat dissatisfied and if an adequate resolution is not obtained, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
As a note, my overall rating is a one only because there is not an option for a zero rating. -

When my cooler arrived the shipping company dropped it off on the side of my driveway about halfway down...not even at my residents. Then when I opened the package both handles are missing....no machined aluminum handles...I would understand if there was maybe a small imperfection in the cooler or scratch here or there but completely missing pieces. Now I have to bring it back to STP store and figure out a different cooler for a trip I am going on this weekend. very very disappointed in this product. The only solution STP gave me was to re-order a new one over the phone a make a note to have them check to make sure everything was there....really? Maybe they should look at the items before they ship out to make sure it matches the description.
