4.0 out of 5 stars. Nice color, fitReviewed by Beth from Portland on Sunday, May 5, 2019I am tall, and long-waisted and it's hard to get a scoop neck top to sit correctly. The bust on this was perfect for me in a size 6 (32DD), and didn't gape when I moved around. It was a little challenging to get over my head - there is elastic at the waist (not perfectly sewn in) but not a lot of extra fabric, and no zipper. For me, the waist sits more at empire than at the natural waist. The dress comes to just above my knees in the front, and the lining is several inches shorter. I discarded the belt (that wasn't long enough for me, and sorta cheap-looking) for a wider belt with an interesting buckle.
It's not high-end, but the fabric is good enough for a casual summer dress. I don't imagine wearing it to work, even with a layer. -

I ordered based on measurements, and while it fits, I find the shoulder straps to be very long. Since I anticipate my chest size to shrink after nursing my baby, making the straps seem even longer, I plan to shorten them myself by a few inches. It does have an opaque inner dress that goes about to my kness. Waist is more at natural waist than Empire.

Skirt opens in the front so there is a liner. Belt is nothing special but with a nicer one this could easily work for a dressier summer dress. Sort of a chiffon fabric and the purple is a good solid rich color.
