5.0 out of 5 stars. great ski pantsVerified Buyer Reviewed by DH from western Colorado on Thursday, December 3, 2015Top-notch quality on these pants. Construction is solid. Pocket layout and size is just right for me, and I love the big zippers. I skied with them for the first time at Jackson Hole with temps in the teens, and my legs stayed warm with a medium weight base layer underneath. I haven't been in powder with them yet (not enough snow on the day after Thanksgiving), but I'm well acquainted with the performance of Gore-tex. There is no fabric on the inside of the leg vents. I would prefer to have some fabric there, but I can live with it.
On size - I'm 6'2" with a 40" waist. I bought the XL and the waist is just right but the length is a little long. The large size would probably be the right length for me, but too small in the waist. Better too long than too short. I can live with that. -

4.0 out of 5 stars. fit largeReviewed by raz from Canada on Tuesday, July 7, 2015My usual size, Medium was way too large, insanely baggy and super long. I like the Small - fits fine at the waist but it's still just a little longer than ideal. I'm 171cm.
Great quality. I like the finish and feel. 4 stars because there is no mesh for the side vents, just exposes the leg like that... weird.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Excellent!!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Brad W from Oregon on Saturday, May 16, 2015Although I have not used these pants, they are exactly what I was looking for. Great fit with my ski boots and comfortable with layers on. I was so impressed with the style, look and design I bought another pair!! Can't wait to try them in July in New Zealand!! Very happy with my purchase (s)

2.0 out of 5 stars. Very odd fitVerified Buyer Reviewed by Co skier from CO on Friday, April 24, 2015The large was too baggy, and the medium was baggy with a too small waist. Also, the side vents had no mesh. I returned these twice and gave up.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Marmot QualityVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Tasmania on Friday, March 27, 2015These pants fit and move well, they are true to size. That said they are a little on the baggy side which I prefer. Seems and zippers are constructed/ sealed well and cuffs are as robust as can be expected. I purchased these for a spring ski trip to Utah for resort/ back-country. The venting is effective, I like vents on the inside of the thighs but was able to stay cool while hiking in this design. Lack of snow (or rain) did not allow me to test the waterproofing, however the solid fabric and Gore-Tex should ensure they will perform when called to. Good buy.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Well made pants. great pockets, zippersVerified Buyer Reviewed by Tele skier from colorado on Thursday, March 5, 2015They are a baggier fit, and somewhat long until you have your ski boots on. But very comfortable, super well made, warm (have a thin fleece liner) and well place pockets, and lots of them. I am a Tele Skier ,not a snowboarder so was not looking for a baggy fit, but everything else about these pants are great. good side vents. very happy, although have only had them on the slopes a few days so far. but looking at the quality, I expect them to last for years...
they also intergrate /zip into the coat-- if u have a marmot coat ,which i don't have at the moment. -
4.0 out of 5 stars. Solid ski pantsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Girdwood Alaska on Monday, March 2, 2015I picked up a pair of these ski pants because I tired of wearing my Arc’teryx bibs while skiing at the resort. These are a little burlier and warmer than the Arc’teryx but aren't quite as well articulated in the knees. Several reviewers have stated that these are large for a given size so I went with Medium. I am 5'11" and 180 lbs. and short wasted. The mediums are right on the cusp of being too small, but I am a little heavier than normal this winter so I stayed with them. When I am back down to my usual weight of 170, they should be perfect. They are also amply long, so if you are long wasted and short legged, you may find the waist too low and the legs too long. I'd say they are cut for an average body with a modestly low rise. If I was shopping for an entire outfit I would definitely consider the matching Freerider jacket since it has an integrated system for attaching to the pants and the quality is definitely there.
