The sleeves are also longer than I like and could fit an arm that's twice my size. I'm 6'2" 200# and ordered a large.

The fabric is a nice ratio of polyester and cotton, such that it's easy to iron and doesn't iron easily. It runs a little small but only because it's "modern" fit, which sits a little closer to the skin. I'm almost too big for this small sized shirt, and I'm 5'10" 170 32" w. Love the colors, the hint of green, and one thing you don't get from the pictures is a very nice ribbed layer or section of the plaid pattern, that gives it a really cool textured look.
