4.0 out of 5 stars. stylish good fitting coatReviewed by Sameliab from Oregon on Thursday, February 28, 2019but the fabric is prone to picking up lint. also the body of the coat fit 5'7" 125# perfectly, but the sleeves were on the short side and the shoulders were snug in a size small

3.0 out of 5 stars. Beautiful coat runs smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by Colhea from Nevada City, CA on Monday, February 18, 2019I have been looking for a coat like this and it is perfect, if you are petite. I am a medium and the shoulders and across the chest were tight, and I wasn't wearing anything heavy underneath. So just beware if you are big shouldered or big chested, it won't work in your normal size.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Warm jacket, great green colorVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from NY on Saturday, February 9, 2019I love this jacket! I live in New York City, where we have been having single digit temperatures. This jacket keeps me warm. I typically wear a 6, small or a medium. Ordered this in a medium, and it fits well. May have been able to order a small, but the medium comfortably accommodates a thicker sweater. I love that it buttons over the zipper, and that the fur can be removed. The green color is beautiful and neutral enough. Great that it is waterproof as well. I recommend this jacket 100%--one of the best I have owned. If I had to offer one criticism, it would be the slight "belling" at the bottom; sometimes I find cold air seeps in because of this shape.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Finally a warm coatVerified Buyer Reviewed by Eleanor from Pennsylvania on Friday, February 8, 2019Since moving from California to Pennsylvania i have bought a number of coats in my quest for mid winter warmth. I have five categories of warmth, and when level 5 did not prove effective during the recent vortex i researched other options. This coat seemed to offer all i wanted: longer, hooded, high warmth value, not puffy, didn’t look like i was going skiing. I found it on the manufacturer’s site then searched for a sale.i wore the coat during the single digit weather last week. I was completely warm and comfortable except for my face and below the knee - where the coat didn’t reach - for the first time in 13 years in cold weather. If warmth is what you want, this is your coat

1.0 out of 5 stars. Refund held hostageVerified Buyer Reviewed by Wiser w/out Sierra from Ohio on Tuesday, February 5, 2019I sent this coat back and am gravely disappointed in your refund policy. That you failed to email me notifying me that you had received my return is unacceptable. A customer should not have to log into your website to find out what happened to their refund. To force a buyer to hunt for their order and then select refund or store credit is not the way a reputable seller does business. You are thieves! I will never order from you again.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Below 32 degreesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Mountain Girl from Asheville on Thursday, January 24, 2019NIce jacket but too tight through the chest for me. I bought a large and am usually true to size. This jacket in the large does not allow opportunity to layer, can only wear a plain shirt underneath. I recommend getting a size up if busty. Unfortunately Sierra Trading Post was all sold out of the next size up so I will have to make do.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Very warmVerified Buyer Reviewed by RBK from Massachusetts on Wednesday, January 23, 2019Definitely will keep you warm and runs true to size. The shell picks up a LOT of lint, however. The hood is awkwardly long. It obscures vision.
I wish it had more/better sized pockets. These are rather small for both keys, gloves, and phone. The spruce green is a really nice color and you will definitely be warm. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Warm coat.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Elaine from Ohio on Tuesday, January 22, 2019I ordered this coat in large because it was not available in my usual medium and I'm so glad I did. The coat fits well with room for layers. It came just as the temperature plunged into single digits. No problem as it is very warm. I think I'm going to love this coat.
