Not too tight, I can even wear a thin fleece vest underneath for extra warmth. Nice Nylong patches on shoulders in case it sprinkles. Recommended.

It has a traditional cut, not tailored or slim style, so it looks a little baggy. Incredible buy on clearance at $15.....highly recommended.

If it is damp this material keeps your shoulder from getting wet, It would be nice if they carried it across the upper back as well. It is nice looking and very comfortable.
