Looks like a machine jam tore a ragged hole in the shirt rendering it unusable. The other was fine and fit well.

When I received them, the flaws were marked, but honestly they are hard to find. One was a pulled thread, the other was a misaligned stitch on a seam. Perfectly fine for my purposes.
