They fit loosely, though, with no adjustment options. I put a "metatarsal pad" under my foot and that snugged them up enough. They also make a bit of noise clomping around...Wearing them reminds me of the original Dr. Scholl's from the 1970's, albeit quite a bit more stylish.

Earthies run a little small, I wear 81/2 and I have to buy a 9 to fit. I found these sandles are a little
