Fit seems true to size and it's got zippers and drawcords in the right places. Looks alone don't really distinguish this fleece from other run of the mill fleeces but its clearly a step above. The side "stretch" panels are basically 200 weight fleece and I'm not sure why MH didn't go monkey fleece on those too? Cost savings? Whatever the reason it's not stretch.

I like the fact that it has the thick monkey fleece inside and smooth fleece outside (I don't like the look of the Monkey Man jacket). The M fits me fine (5'8" 155lbs).
Do note this is the newer version of the Dual Fleece Jacket (Style #1550541), although the description on Sierra is actually for the older version (Style #1455091) - see where it says "Technostretch underarm and side panels". One thing with the newer version is that it is 1" longer at the hem and a bit heavier, than the older version. -

It is a nice mid weight very warm fleece. it fits true to size--I am 6'1 172 with 42 chest and a large is not too baggy. Now you will be able to wear a sweater underneath but that is how I wanted.

The jacket is a little vulnerable to wind as the sides of the jacket do not contain the same level of fleece as the front. A nice jacket overall and should work well under a shell.
