There is only one rear pocket and two front slit pockets. There is only one usable, zippered thigh pocket on the left. The "pocket" on the right side might hold your vape pipe but that's about it, next to useless. Okay for the mall, I guess.

The zippers on the detachable leg sections are color coded for easy reattach net. The shorts have a 10" inseam (I roll them up) and reach the knee.
Ths waist is a Exoffico 'natural' fit so not a lot of give in the elastic part of the waistband. You might want to order a size up.
