I have had to staple the loop back onto the shoe and hope that it holds..It is just too much hassle to return through the mail, and for that reason I have kept the shoes and hope that the staples hold the loop firmly enough to work.

This is a great brand of shoes for women. They fit perfectly, are lightweight, soft on the inside, very flexible and easy on and off - all good qualities!

Since I bought the last pair of shoes , I used my needle and thread to fix them. I am only 112lb and my normal size is 6 but I got 6 and 1/2. shoes were big enough but loops are very cheaply made and barely stayed.
