These had a very strange fit, so I tried to return them from my online order. The "customer service" agent was rude and repetitive and did not answer my questions. I asked over and over again what I should do, and they just kept repeating that "the email would be sent in the order the request was received" (whatever that means) Maybe I was just being slow this morning, but either way, if a customer is trying to understand the process and the agent just keeps repeating LITERALLY the same phrase over and over again, it is condescending and rude. I have purchased thousands of dollars of merchandise from Sierra Trading Post, and unless this is made right, I won't be purchasing again.

I ordered the black ones, but they looked a bit drab and severe so I returned those and ordered the red ones for a bit of fun and flashiness. Still deciding if I want to keep the red ones since they look more old-fashioned than “cutting edge,” and I probably have sufficient boots already at home. Still, they are cute and the red color is fun and peppy. -

They are also extremely well-made and the real leather smells awesome! They are very light also. I will definitely order more footwear from this company.

So far, just tried to wear around the house and it seems to be very, very comfortable. The style is a sell out to anybody who sees it. Mind you, they would think I am wearing a $500 boots!
Happy I changed the size. Sizes run on smaller sizes so an inch plus did the trick. I ordered 6.5 and changed it to 7. Now. it fits like gloves. -

Just because they are leather, Please don't think they are waterproof! My feet got soaked in a very light drizzle. I had to walk around all day with wet socks. They do run true to size. They are very comfortable. I always get a 1/2 size larger with boots so I can wear socks.

I got the red ones and have already ordered the black ones. They run true to size. I usually get a size 8 in shoes, but I ordered the 8 1/2 because I like to wear thick boot socks with them and wanted to make sure they would not be to tight... I love them!!!
