This dress would be cute with or without a white t-shirt underneath. Too bad it has to go back:(. I usually love the fit of Toad & Co, not sure what happened here.

Its owner, however should either be an ample-chested woman, have great swimmer lats, or have a friend with a sewing machine. I’m opting to keep it and try to take in the top.
