Factory paper label had wrong size on it, the fabric tag had correct size on it. I do have another exact same style just different color and I really like the Dockers. I kept the pants and will have them taylored to fit. STP credited me to cover the cost of the alteration :)
Probably not STP’s fault due to incorrect tag.
Will buy from STP again for sure.
