5.0 out of 5 stars. perfect pad for women!Reviewed by sarahsarahcakes from Georgia on Sunday, May 10, 2015I have a thermorest, which my parents ordered for me. It is way too long & not enough support... so I ordered this one. WOW! I love the shape, the length is perfect for me (I am 5'5"). I am a side sleeper and it supports my hip not digging into the ground. I am really excited about this pad. The weight is very good, packs up nice and small. If you are looking for a pad, be sure it is the appropriate length for your body size! Oh and like another reviewer said, the first time I inflated it, it did not inflate by itself. I think I left it sitting for at least an hour. Then I helped it along, no biggie. The second time worked very well.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Good pad for the priceVerified Buyer Reviewed by HSL from NJ on Friday, June 13, 2014This is a relatively comfortable pad for a reasonable price. I am still getting used to the wedge cut where the torso area is thicker than the feet area. The torso area feels nice and cushiony but the feet area feels awefully thin. I laid on it for a few minutes and it feels comfortable. My boys have alternately slept on this and a Therma-Rest and they felt comfortable. In comparison to my 1" Therma-Rest, the Hyalite's plastic valve feels more flimsy. So far, no valve issues yet though. This is the petite version (66" long vs. the standard 72"). I am 5'2" and if I sleep on my stomach and point my feet away from my head, it's just barely long enough for me. As such, if you are taller than 5'2", I recommend getting the regular length rather than the petite.
The sleeping pad comes with a stuff sack and a valcro strap to tie down the deflated pad. There is also a small tube of adhesive and some patches to fix any leaks. Although it doesn't compare in quality to the Therma-Rest, it's a good value for the price. -

3.0 out of 5 stars. Great productVerified Buyer Reviewed by Swimmer from United States on Thursday, May 22, 2014I ordered this sleeping pad for camping use. I have yet to actually use it in a tent, but I have used it on hardwood floor and it was fine. Not as comfortable as a bed, but definitely better than sleeping on the ground. The pad is narrow so if you move a lot in your sleep, this may not be the pad for you.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Comfortable!Reviewed by dachswan from North Dakota on Tuesday, October 15, 2013I bought this thicker sleeping pad (2") because I need more support for my back. I haven't used it camping yet, but I did sleep on our hardwood floor and it was perfect--I would never have known I was on the floor at all. I couldn't be happier!!
The instructions said that it would take about 30 min to inflate on it's own, but it hadn't done much after an hour. I inflated it myself, which was pretty much effortless. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is that the valve seems like it could easily crack. My husband disagrees, however, and says that his mat (the same, just longer) is great quality. -
