The blade is a slimmer profile, but many people find that the thinner blades work better for carving and notching. Blade is purportedly made of Japanese SK5 carbon steel, which is a good material. The over-molded grip (has a top layer of softer, more pliable material for traction and comfort) is well designed. Compares very favorably to the Mora clipper.
