I returned both times and over a week later my card has not been refunded.
I talked to 2 different customer service reps. On both occasions about this and told the 2nd one when product was ship wrong to just refund my card I would go elsewhere.
This prolonged me all together and inconvenienced me over a month to get the product I needed.
This has been the worse online shopping experience I have experienced with any company . -
