5.0 out of 5 stars. Ultrasoft rugVerified Buyer Reviewed by Cozy for winter from Missouri on Tuesday, October 27, 2015Such a plush, soft rug! Truly lush and beautiful. I would say it is more an artic white than ivory, but still beautiful.

1.0 out of 5 stars. ShabbyReviewed by Anonamouse from colorado on Saturday, February 1, 2014I would agree with the other review in entirety. This rug arrived thru atypical shipping method and when unrolled was clumpy. It is buttery soft, true, but was unable to restore pile with vacuuming. It remained oddly clumped and flattened. I was looking for a low price rug due to having a new puppy but she was quickly house trained so that turned out to be not an issue. Now I just have a very matted ugly rug and no way to return it due to oversize shipping. I would have been better off with a similarly priced "dorm" rug from Walmart, Target or Kmart.

1.0 out of 5 stars. Pile flattens, rug starts to fall apart - lousy qualityReviewed by Anonymous from Waltham, MA on Saturday, November 9, 2013I bought one of these in Sage and paid a lot of extra money for delivery. After many difficulties with STP and UPS - the first rug shipped rug was lost by UPS - I got the second one - but STP doesn’t handle UPS freight tracking well - they didn’t ever give me the right tracking number for either rug and the first one took months of inquiries - which is how the rug became lost at UPS.
The pile, which is supposed to be a shag - was flat when I got it and the rug is very low quality - but how to ship it back? So, I hoped the pile would bounce back - but it never did - vacuuming with my manually adjustable height high quality vacuum just made the pile clump up even more - there are no individual fibers any longer - juts matts of clumped rug and now it is not only nearly impossible to vacuum the rug, it is lumpy and unpleasant to look at, even worse on my bare feet and my apartment tends to have bits of this rug that have fallen off hanging around.
I was really looking forward to a nice big shaggy rug in my bedroom - this is a huge rug - and now I paid quite a bit of money for something I have no way to ship back and won’t even fit in the dumpster.
This rug has had very low traffic as it is in my bedroom - I’ve owned it for about 3 months - I can’t imagine how fast it would have broken down into clumps of unpleasant fibers - the entire rug - if it had been in a high traffic area!
I wish I could say anything positive about this - so I will - I like the color. But that just doesn’t offset how poor the quality is.
I recommend against buying this.
I will also call STP - to be fair - about if they have a way for me to return this.
