5.0 out of 5 stars. looking forward to my next tripVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from California on Saturday, March 21, 2015This fits all the needs I had, which prompted me to buy a new bag. Plenty of room, the color will be easy to see coming off the baggage carousel, the wheels are strong and roll smoothly, the bag weight is minimal, yet the overall structure seems strong.

5.0 out of 5 stars. It turned out to be a great case!Reviewed by Traveler from New England on Friday, December 26, 2014So the case I gave as a gift which was a kind of blue, went AROUND THE WORLD on planes, trains, buses, and cars. Up, down and around every type of walk way in Hong Kong, Beijing, and Xian in China, Mongolia, South Korea and Turkey. 17 transfers and a perfect suitcase returned home!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Super Lightweight and Very Robust CaseReviewed by Laura from Arizona on Sunday, November 16, 2014I bought the grey version of this suitcase from STP to take on a month long trip to Japan. It was amazing how much stuff will fit into this suitcase. It glides along with ease. I hauled it up and down train and subway stairs, over land walking to hotels, and as checked luggage in airplanes and on a cruise ship. It held up well will really no evidence of having been put through the ringer. It doesn't seem to scratch with use. Maybe it is just the textured surface that keeps up its great appearance. Also really like the spinner wheels. They are smooth rolling. Hope they last!
I found the zipper closure and locks very smooth to use. I totally stuffed my suitcase on the trip home and the zipper held up and the locks stayed locked. I had to look at a Youtube video to figure out how to set the lock combination as the instructions with the suitcase were not clear.
There are some things that take getting used to. You really need space to open the suitcase up because half of your stuff will be in one half of the case and the other half of your stuff will be in the other half. You can't just lift the lid and access your clothes. You have to totally open the suitcase up.
I see where others complain that there are no little pockets to put stuff inside. That is true there are only the two halves of the suitcase. But I'm OK with that as I put my stuff in packing cubes and toiletry bags. So the case doesn't start to accumulate extra stuff I don't need.
This is an impressive suitcase because of the extreme low weight, and the ease which it can be maneuvered around during travel. I'm impressed! When I got home I tossed out my old clunky, heavy suitcase. -
3.0 out of 5 stars. bad catalog write upVerified Buyer Reviewed by Traveler from New England on Monday, June 9, 2014I have other Bric products. I have liked them. Some are made in Italy. This one is designed in Italy made in China. 1. Ordered the Pink one to match a smaller light pink Bric carry-on that I have used for for travel on train, planes, automobiles, and ships for several weeks in Europe. That one had worked like a charm and I enjoyed the 'pinkness' of it.
2. This 27" case is not the same color of pink. It is much lighter... no problem if you are not trying to make a set. So I am sending it back.
3. At the same time I ordered the gray 27" case and it is a truly good looking spinner. It matches my smaller Tumi case. So I used it on my recent trip across the country. This one has a lock that will not stay closed. The right hand one just won't stay in the locking mechanism. So I am sending it back.
4. I ordered a blue one at the same time as the other two. That one was a gift. They liked it and called to thanked me. I told them I had sent them a light blue case because it is their favorite color, they said, "They appreciated the thought but to tell the truth it is not light blue, it is a purplely blue, maybe periwinkle." It is pretty but not blue. Don't know if the lock works. -
1.0 out of 5 stars. DisappointmentReviewed by Charlie from N.Va. on Thursday, November 14, 2013I previously bought a Brics 27 in. spinner, and thought I was just ordering another. This one was a shadow of that. The shell was as high, but not as deep. Also, the material looked and felt cheap, and was a bland color.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Super Lightweight!!!Reviewed by Mike G from Wisconsin on Tuesday, October 1, 2013Seems like flimsy material, but when full of clothes it stiffens up. I guess that is why it is so ultra-light which is what I love. A little smaller than what I expected. When I measured my old suitcase at 27" I thought this would be comparable in size but it quite a bit smaller, would buy a 30" next time. Overall seems to be good quality. Have to wait and see if it holds up to the rigors of travel.
