It's Icebreaker. Need I say more? Comfortable, warm, a must-take item for any camping or outdoor adventure. This Icebreaker GT200 saved me in Iceland and Faroe Islands where it can be quite wet and chilly. I don't know why this was a closeout but I scored on this Merino Wool shirt. Plus it's very attractive and fits to size.

    I guess I didn't read the description. It is for skin protection from the sun in hot weather.
    I purchased a black one, so why would I be wearing black in hot weather? It makes no sense to me to own this.
    So I am returning it,

    Stretchy, soft, and warm, I brought this out to Cuttyhunk Island which blows gale winds beginning in October. I was able to wear this alone on 60-degree days and with a vest during evenings. I am short and the thumbholes fit fairly well enough to cover my palms. I normally wear a medium but because of other reviews, I got a large which fit a tad loosely but not enough to do its job. I wore it hiking and it wicked away the moisture very well. I washed it in Woolite and it dried without wrinkles. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it pilled a bit.
