5.0 out of 5 stars. Perfect Base LayerVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from USA on Wednesday, October 26, 2016These are great under my merino wool dresses or under my Icebreaker Bliss Wraps. Can be worn as a pj bottom or base layer under pants. Great shape retention with the wool blend. I bought these in black for my capsule wardrobe and lov the fit and feel

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great leggingsVerified Buyer Reviewed by didee99 from Colorado on Saturday, October 15, 2016I read the reviews and unfortunately ordered a size L instead of my usual size M 'cause the one reviewer said they run small. I am 5'10" 130 lbs and the L were to too big so I returned them. I have other pairs in the 200 weight but wanted the 150 to replace another 150 leggings that I have worn out. I should have just stuck to my regular size!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Merino wool leggingsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Minnesota on Thursday, December 4, 2014Perfect! A size medium fits my 5'10", 135 pound, size 8-10 frame. They keep their shape after being worn, the seams can't be felt, the waistband is soft, wide, and comfortable (and holds up!), and they are so comfortable! I wish they'd been a little longer, though --- a few inches above my ankle bone. Wool socks take up the slack.

2.0 out of 5 stars. sooo disappointedVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from MO on Tuesday, June 3, 2014I tried this exact brand/style/size of leggings on in a retail store and loved them (but didn't buy them because of the price), so I was delighted to see them on sale thru Sierra Trading Post just weeks later. HOWEVER, while they were listed as `Discontinued', they must have been irregulars. They were much too tight and not soft like the pair I had previously tried. I was very disappointed.

4.0 out of 5 stars. A very thin base layerReviewed by Anonymous from Northern California on Tuesday, December 10, 2013These leggings are as described - a superfine, thin base layer. Definitely see-through and serve their purpose as leggings to be worn underneath another layer, otherwise your underwear will be showing. Seems like the material is thin enough to snag easily, but I have been wearing them a full day and they perform up to Icebreaker standards as far as comfort goes. And with the Black Friday deal I snatched them up at $26 - steal of a deal.
I ordered a size small and am 5'2", 105 lbs. Slightly long in the legs but otherwise a comfy fit! -
3.0 out of 5 stars. Delicate material, a nice layer, size up!Reviewed by Anonymous from Central Canada on Monday, December 2, 2013these are nice fabric however size up up up! I am usually a medium but these fit like a small! Shortish on the legs though I'm tall, a nice thinner layer, not itchy at all,
Material is not very durable though and while pulling them up just a little while under sweat pants and my finger poked right through the leggings- not through the pants at all. I'll sew it but it seems the material just tears easy. My finger went thru like butter. -
3.0 out of 5 stars. uncomfortable waistbandReviewed by Anonymous from Indiana on Tuesday, November 19, 2013I ordered these with a pair of Ivanhoes and much preferred the Ivanhoes. Why did they put a stiff elastic waistband on these leggings? In general I just did not like the way they fit including the lower rise that requires a longer top to give warmth to the mid section. But others used to a lower rise may prefer this.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great LeggingsReviewed by Wool lover from Wisconsin on Saturday, November 16, 2013Another pair of icebreakers to add to my wardrobe. You can't beat wool to stay warm. I guess the term 'leggings' are what they are called these days, I call them long johns. They are my constant until spring. Love them. They are great under jeans. You never get too warm or get drafts. They are perfect. Since icebreaker makes different weights, you just choose the weight according to the temperature outside. Since the prices are so incredible, you can't lose. It's a must have for any one in a winter climate!

2.0 out of 5 stars. Did not work for me!Reviewed by ele from NY on Monday, October 28, 2013I ordered the leggings thinking that they may be similar to the smartwool leggings I had ordered previously. I'm 5'8 and 142 lb and ordered the medium. It fit ok around the waist, but it kind of bunched up around the knees and just seemed to bulky. I also did not like the material that much, a little too scratchy. I was hoping to wear these under a sporty skirt, but they really looked more like underwear. Not what I expected, so they went back.
