to loosen the dog hair off the clothes in the dryer. No more using packing tape or lint rollers, which can get to be very expensive. I use all three in the dryer,I could not believe how full the lint trap was with dog hair. They make all the other clothes, blankets and small area rugs extra soft, I even cut down the use of fabric softer,it helps me save money and cuts down dying time which also saves me money on my electric bill. I will buy more if they are still in stock. -
