Poor PackagingVerified Buyer Reviewed by AT Section Hiker from South Carolina on Wednesday, September 2, 2015This is a well designed dry bag but the manufacturer dropped the ball on packaging. The bag is folded in half, length wise, which puts a permanent crease in the plastic zip lock closure of the bag. The bag does not seal properly as a result. However, I placed the bag on the front dash of my SUV while parked in the sun for several hours (black side of bag facing up and the clear window side facing down so that it doesn't become cloudy from the UV rays). The plastic zip lock becomes permeable and can be reshaped so that it is flat once again. I then put the bag in the freezer for a few minutes to harden the plastic. I have purchased two of each size of these bags and have done the above fix and the bags perform flawless now. If the above steps are too much of a hassle...then I would recommend ordering something else.
