This size large mat is great for the 28lb 5-month old puppy, but on the small side for our two golden retrievers, so only purchase this mat if you have a medium sized dog.

It's much flimsier than similar crate mats and slips around much more too. The description states "no-skid traction dots on the bottom" and the mat I received most certainly does not have these on it. If anything, it has a super slide coating on the bottom. I think it may be destined for the Goodwill....
