Absolute disappointmentVerified Buyer Reviewed by Kevin eghbali from Montebello on Monday, November 18, 2019Machine was functionable for about 15 minutes after assembly contacted the manufacturer who refused the art of the warranty and claimed they did not do business with Sierra trading Post I would not honor the warranty so I decided to return the item and no exchanges available because item was out of stock item was shipped back via FedEx 2 days later the kind of fracture contacts me saying that the piece to repair the product is out of stock I argue with them about the warranty send a picture to the box stating they shipped it to Sierra did you business with them they should honor the warranty becoming once again items out of stock the next day I received an email saying that they shipped me the parts the parts say that you do not have for the machine which I've already decided to return because they have misled me on two separate occasions I don't know what's more disappointing the fact is part of broke so quickly or the fact that the manufacturer doesn't back its own warranty claims
