I'm sorry, but boxer briefs need to touch the skin the way briefs do. If you're a medium normally for underwear, consider getting the small. So a little baggy but I'll keep. It has a certain percentage of cotton, so maybe it will shrink a little in the dryer. Even though it should probably just hang to dry... given the other more delicate fabrics. Regarding the Coolness aspect of this underwear, the fabric does seem cool to the touch. Can't wait to wear these on a super hot day.
