Not compressionReviewed by Dr. Gillham from Kansas on Wednesday, February 6, 2019I am 5' 8" with a 31 waist bought medium size and they barely fit over my hips and the legs and ankles were very baggy. These are good as a base layer but that is it. I had to return as compression component was critical for me. They look awesome just don't use the right fabric that stretches and compresses. My ankles are eight and a half inches in circumference. And there was about an extra inch of bag up to my mid calf
