Unfortunately, this pair/color was very loose in the heel - even with my orthodics in them! Sizing down would have tightened up the toe box area, so I had to send them back. Darn!

The insoles provide excellent cushioning and support. The sole is not flexible, which is something I look for in shoes. The only problem is that the heel is loose on my foot because of my narrow heels.

They are definitely high quality - I'm sure the leather will stretch some when I've worn them more. They come with an amazing insole - although I had to take it out in order for my orthodics to fit. I would say they run slightly big - especially in the heel area, but probably not enough to exchange for a smaller size.
