3.0 out of 5 stars. useful with some flaws

When water level reaches 2-3 inches from bottom, there's no more slurping it in via straw. The little button on the lid burps the air out... sometimes loudly! The carabiner on the handle is probably my favorite feature.

Tritan is NOT toxin-free, same for Nalgene and most other "BPA-free" products...there are hundreds of chemicals in plastics that are as harmful as BPA. This report of an ongoing legal battle over Tritan's health claims is enlightening: https://www.npr.org/sections/health-shots/2015/02/16/385747786/beyond-bpa-court-battle-reveals-a-shift-in-debate-over-plastic-safety

About Nathan

The folks behind Nathan hydration packs, water bottles and running packs are totally obsessed with creating the most efficient, lightweight and ergonomic products for athletes who refuse to slow down for anything, even drinking. As Nathan puts it, they sweat the details so you don’t have to. Bottom line: When you’re in the middle of a race or even just training hard, the last thing you want to do is fiddle with a difficult lid, nozzle or valve. With a Nathan water bottle holster, hydration pack or race vest, you can keep going full-speed ahead and still drink freely.
