4.0 out of 5 stars. Warm Jacket

This is a good, warm jacket. I found that it runs a little tight and small because the polartec fleece fabric has very little stretch. I am 5'7" 125#, and normally wear a size small. I should've ordered a medium had i known about the fabric's limitation. The cloud blue color is nice. The collar cradles the neck for warmth and the pockets are great.

  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. Cute but sleeves are tight

The color and fit in the torso are great. The fit in the armpits is relatively tight and sleeves are also somewhat snug, so you can only wear form fitting clothes underwear- no loose t shirts. Which is ok, I’ll still wear it because it it looks good and is warm. The sleeves also run a little long and cover some of your palms.

I love the color and it's long enough. The collar won't bug my face. I ordered a large and the sleeves seem a little snug when I first put it on.
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Long sleeves!

I normally size up because Marmot runs small but this one actually is the right size. So it’s a bit baggy on me but I like my jackets fitted. I’m 5’3, 110lbs, 32DD, ordered a SMALL. Negative....the sleeves are really long! Covers my hands long but the length of the jacket sits just below the waist line.

About Marmot

Conceived in a university dorm room by a pair of climbing buddies, Marmot Mountain Works first opened its doors in the spring of 1974 in Grand Junction, Colorado. At the time, the base of operations was a 100-year-old stone building. That same year, the first Marmot down jacket was produced specifically for an action flick called “The Eiger Sanction,” starring legendary actor Clint Eastwood. In the four decades since, Marmot has continued to engineer reliable gear that exceeds the expectations of outdoor athletes. Today, Marmot tents, backpacks, outerwear, clothing and Marmot sleeping bags are still pushing the limits in the planet’s most challenging conditions, from the summits of the world’s highest mountains to the deepest river basins.
