Dual chamber is a good idea for safety. I had to wrap the clips twice around my paddle to get it secured and decided it was too difficult to do sitting in my living room, it would definitely not be easy in the water. Returned.

The price was one reason a "2nd was purchased but the product has no obvious defects or imperfections.
All parts appear to be in working order and the item will be utilized in the Spring.
