We also decided that since our daughter is not a bunson burner like her brother that she needed to be in a warm and insulated boot for sure. Usually we just do hand-me-downs but the snow gets in the boot or it's a boot we can't cinch up or it just doesn't fit well. This time we decided to spend money! We bought it at her current size, we got it in pink to please her and she doesn't have to tie them! The boot fits her big, but not too big. She will have room to move for the all important circulation so she can stay warm, and maybe it will still fit her next year too! The traction will help while she plays and walks to school and the height isn't so short that it is only a glorified high-top sneeker. We are really looking forward to longer lasting fun because she will stay upright and warm while she's outside! Here's to a much improved winter than last year!
