The color is as pictured and the texture of the fabric is beautiful. I was looking for something without a museum-like pattern to go with some textiles I bought while on vacation in southern Africa. It looks and feels great.

The fabric is a high quality cotton. The recommended cleaning instructions are to dry clean, but I'll be washing this, making sure not to over dry it. I wonder if the dry cleaning industry pays to have this tag put on products.
