  • 1.0 out of 5 stars. The experience of a failure

This is my first time to buy things at STP, when I received the goods, I was shocked, this is a defective, coat of Velcro is bad, cause simply can not wear this jacket, I am now in China, My response to this question customer, customer service said to myself returned to the United States bear the postage, it will be a more expensive than the price of shipping clothes, STP injustice and discrimination so I am completely disappointed, this is the first first and last time in the STP shopping, really bad experience.
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Mixed feelings

I bought a small in the golden yellow color. Very happy with the look. I wear a size 38 sport coat and the small fit well. If I need to put on several layers underneath, it may get snug. If you like your ski gear baggy, you will want to upsize if you're at the top of the size range. The collection of pockets is very good. I wish it had a dedicated thing for the ski pass, but a pocket zipper worked fine. My concern with the jacket is that the wind seems to whip right through it. I haven't been out in the crazy cold, but for spring it's been great.
  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. Great Jacket - a lot of volume

Usually you buy a jacket a size larger for a ski shell - this jacket has a lot of volume and mobility. Liked Construction quality and layout.

About Marmot

Conceived in a university dorm room by a pair of climbing buddies, Marmot Mountain Works first opened its doors in the spring of 1974 in Grand Junction, Colorado. At the time, the base of operations was a 100-year-old stone building. That same year, the first Marmot down jacket was produced specifically for an action flick called “The Eiger Sanction,” starring legendary actor Clint Eastwood. In the four decades since, Marmot has continued to engineer reliable gear that exceeds the expectations of outdoor athletes. Today, Marmot tents, backpacks, outerwear, clothing and Marmot sleeping bags are still pushing the limits in the planet’s most challenging conditions, from the summits of the world’s highest mountains to the deepest river basins.
