The style is very cute and the collar can be zipped all the way up to keep your neck warm. The fleece is incredibly soft and the color is beautiful (I got royal purple). I am 5'3" and 130lbs; I ordered medium and large; I kept the large because I wanted to have room to wear a sweater underneath. The medium fit, but I do feel that Royal Robbins runs a little small. I wore the jacket recently on a windy day; my caveat is that this fleece does not block the wind the way my other fleece jackets do; it is not the "polartec" type of fleece that is very dense. Even so, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I also agree with another commentator that this kind of fleece has an almost soapy feel, and is prone to pulling if your hands are at all dry/rough.

It's very, very soft, warm, and cozy. I am 5-5 127 pounds and the small fit perfectly--a great lenth. The purple color is perfect and I love all the zippered pockets. The real showstopper, though, is the collar! I haven't needed a scarf--you can just zip this up and fold it down and you're good to go. If you get to got, just unzip. It's great. I love it.

Great quality - the stitching and the material. Just want to snuggle up in it. The purple is a great shade. Thin enough to layer but thick enough to wear on it's own. Wish I could have one for myself. :) -

I am a medium, 5'5'', about 140 pounds, broad shoulders. I got the medium. This fits well. The green is a little mellower than it appears, not as acid. The funnel neck is attractive, and can be folded down into sort of a turtle neck. The only negative about this is the fleece. It is nice and thick, and it is soft, but it is that super-soft fleece that is almost soapy feeling, that catches on your fingerprints if you stroke the jacket. I just don't like this kind of fleece very much. BUT, given that I will be wearing it rather than touching it, I like it, and it is well worth the price.

I also like a lightweight jacket for walking with other layers so know at will enjoy this one, The jacket is nice enough for casual evenings and lunches.
