Not sure where to turn for help-these poles do not workVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Ohio on Sunday, October 26, 2014I purchased a pair of Item 7023K-99LEKI Micro Vario Carbon Trekking Poles in early July on clearance. They each fold in 2 places for easy travel & came with a red travel bag. Last week I took the trekking poles with us to hike in the Pocono Mountains of Pennyslvania. My husband & I couldn't figure out how to get them to connect so that they're usable. He took them to our local Dick's Sporting Goods when we returned home today from the Poconos. There, we were told only 1 of the 4 connectors to make each pole stable works. I have never used them for hiking, but we're getting ready to go to the Smoky Mountain National Park 11/2-11/9. I'm deeply disappointed. How can I return them & get a full refund of $95.98? I still have the box & a return shipping label. I called your customer service line today, but they are closed on Sundays. We are leaving again to go out of state tomorrow. I will return them to Sierra Trading Post for a full refund when I return next weekend.
