My daughter typically wears a children's size one. By recommendation I ordered a size two. With the thick lining we need a size three! Customer service has been excellent so far!

Not as describedReviewed by Anonymous from MT on Monday, January 2, 2017I ordered the bronze color for my five year old so she would have something warm to wear, because she really doesn't like her snow boots! Since these are listed as suede, I had planned to spray with waterproofing so she'd be warm and relatively dry. However, despite the description, the bronze and silver colored boots are not suede; they are a synthetic material of some sort. They are lined with "wool blend" with a sheepskin footbed, but the tag says "PU upper." Polyurethane, perhaps? It's not very durable, as we quickly discovered when she caught her toe on a door and the corner poked a hole right through the fabric (or whatever it is). She's still wearing them because they're warm, but so much for any hope of keeping moisture out. I'm disappointed that these boots were not as described. They do run small/snug, so we ordered up one size.

She immediately put them on at Christmas...and has worn them ever since. Only took a day off to treat them with waterproofing since we live in Oregon. The purple color is rich and beautiful.

She loves the shine on these shoes! For the quality and warmth, the price tag was amazing! (We got these on super-sale.) Worth every penny. My daughter loves the shoes, and I worry less knowing her feet are toasty-warm. Haven't had them long enough to see how they will hold up in various Colorado weather conditions, but I have high hopes! (These aren't our first pair of Bearpaws.)
