5.0 out of 5 stars. Amazing chamois- best bibs I've ever ownedVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Tahoe, baby! on Sunday, July 19, 2015The 4d chamois is a serious upgrade from the pearl izumi bibs of past years. Impeccable fit and construction. well worth the price.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Really nice bib short, Pearl Izumi quality!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Niskayuna, NY on Friday, May 22, 2015I was historically a cycling shorts guy - the idea of bibs didn't appeal to me because I thought they would "pull" down on me from the shoulders too much and I would look like a WWE guy from the 80s. I tried a pair anyway because my friends swore by them. Now I see why. They stay upright without tugging down uncomfortably and, with a jersey on, they look like a normal pair of cycling shorts (that I don't have to pull up all of the time). They keep all my "stuff" (love handles, jewels, etc.) in place nicely too and the pad that comes with these rocks. One cautionary note, they do seem to run a bit smaller than non-PRO shorts but I still stayed with the same size - I think one size up would be too much extra room.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great Bib ShortsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Colorado on Thursday, May 21, 2015I wouldn't typically pay $150 retail for these shorts, and with all the discounts you can get them for a lot less. Fit great, and appear well made. I ended up buying 3 pair total as the summer riding season is upon us.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Another outstanding member of the P.R.O. lineupVerified Buyer Reviewed by 2pdl from Vermont on Thursday, May 21, 2015Pearl Izumi's P.R.O. line of bib shorts are outstanding. They are comfortable and stay put. For someone like me who is long waisted they also have the benefit -- sadly rare -- of having straps that are long enough. The length of the leg is a bit shorter than other bibs I have and I was suspicious of this at first. But, whether it is through the design of the shorts or the length itself, I find that the leg did not twist or ride up as some others do. In fact -- the ultimate compliment -- I forgot about them totally.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Buying an extra pairReviewed by Anonymous from Kentucky on Monday, April 27, 2015These are the best shorts I've owned, and I currently own Castelli, Assos, and Pearl Izumi Elites. Construction is excellent, and durable. Very comfortable. Outstanding chamois. The legs are longer than most, which is great if you're tall (I'm 6'2"). These are the shorts that I put on for a century ride, and I have never regretted doing so. I owned the version of these that was sold back in 2010, and that I loved, and these are the same quality and comfort, maybe slightly better. I'm buying a second pair to have in the future, once and if the current pair wears out. Pearl's new version has been changed significantly, in styling and in the design of the chamois, and I don't want to waste money to find out that they aren't to my liking.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Great bib shorts.Verified Buyer Reviewed by TS from Washington State on Sunday, April 19, 2015Pearl Izumi quality is tough to beat. I like everything about these shorts... stitching, design, weight, color and fit are all equally amazing. I am a 34-35" waist and the large is a perfect bike short fit. I would highly recommend this product.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great BibsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Wisconsin on Monday, April 6, 2015This is the 2nd pair of PI PRO Bib Shorts I've owned and they are my favorite pair by far. They use American sizing, so if you're used to the European sizing, you'll have to go a size down. I am 5'10", 175-180 pounds (larger in the butt and stomach), and the Large is a great fit for me. The only problem with these bibs is the cost; they typically cost $150 or more. Sierra Trading Post had some sales and special discounts going, and I was able to snag a pair of these for closer to $100, which is amazing.
